"Hêtre Gare" took place in La Becque, Switzerland. The installation became a laboratory/living space where I was observing the surrounding environment daily and gathering materials that carry significant characteristics of the habitat. The materials are then being observed under a microscope, archived into a daily activity of material alterations and explorations each day. The project and my daily life became a discovery process as I became adaptive to a new foreign environment.
